Advanced Practice Nurse
Hospice of the Western Reserve, one of the largest hospice and palliative care programs in the country, offers an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative community based palliative care program. As an advanced practice nurse (NP) on the Western Reserve Navigator/Palliative Care Services Team, the individual will provide palliative care services in homes, nursing homes and hospital settings, and function autonomously within a supportive hospice organization.
Must be a licensed registered nurse in the state of Ohio. Must have a master’s degree, and maintain an APRN license in the state of Ohio. Car, valid driver’s license and good driving record are required.

North Shore Gastroenterology is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team of skilled and conscientious medical providers in an outpatient setting (Lorain County, Ohio). Our compensation package is generous, including health and dental insurance, retirement benefits, vacation time and continuing education benefits. Our patients and staff are respectful and appreciative.
We have a strong team of collaborating Gastroenterologists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants working together to render care to our community. We provide care to our patients, with an emphasis on the promotion of health, and early detection and management of acute and chronic health problems. We use an electronic medical record system to help organize and coordinate the care we render.
Minimum requirements are a current license to practice medicine as an NP in Ohio, a current DEA certificate and at least one year experience in gastroenterology services preferred.
